MEET LEANNE AT HAYLEY GALLERY ON DECEMBER 11, 12 & 13 FOR HER HOLIDAY TRUNK SHOW.

As the founder and creative director for Peace Love Bling, LLC, LeAnne has found a way to merge 20 years of sales and marketing management into a career from which she derives true bliss.

During four years living in Beijing earning her MBA and co-founding a successful IT infrastructure start-up, LeAnne got to know the local markets and was inspired by the astounding variety of natural pearls and stones available. Upon returning to the States, with the help of her sister, Kim, who is a ‘retail goddess’ managing a boutique and gallery on the Oregon Coast, LeAnne created a jewelry concept based on the ideal that every woman deserves to wear real jewelry for less than the cost of ‘the fake stuff.’

Therefore, she offers a range of designs for any budget so that all women can experience the natural warmth and richness of wearing the ‘real thing.’ The foundations for most of her designs are pearls stemming from her experience in Asia. For generations pearls have been associated with strong, sophisticated female role models- Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, Coco Chanel, Audrey Hepburn, Michelle Obama. LeAnne likes to challenge the traditional, staid image of ‘grandma’s pearls’ by mixing them with other stones, crystals and textiles for pieces that are fabulous for every day. Additionally, she loves creating those unique pieces that become heirlooms for brides, graduates, and the special women in our lives. Her designs are carried by specialty boutiques and spas across the US including Aspen, Vail, Ojai, Carolina Beach and Miami.

LeAnne recently moved to Columbus by way of London, Miami and New York. She and her husband, Dave, share a restored old home in the historic King-Lincoln District with their two young daughters who are on track to become the sales and marketing powerhouses behind Peace Love Bling before they reach middle school. She recently completed a project for the World Fair Trade Organization-Asia to help expand demand and awareness in the US for artisans in emerging markets. She contributes her time to Dress for Success and other causes that help empower women and aspiring entrepreneurs.
